Refund policy
We want you to love your ARC Eighty2 bag! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns on original (non-personalized) items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Personalized items (bags with custom silicone heat transfers or PVC patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at arc82bags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are available for original (non-personalized) items. Please contact us at arc82bags@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
